When you happen to cross paths with your soul mate, you just know! Every part of your soul tells you it’s meant to be! You feel like your heart is at home, whenever you are with them! It’s effortless; you don’t have to try to be someone you’re not! You both love each other for exactly who you are!

Story Behind the Artwork

I was walking through town one day and saw the most beautiful bird flying. It landed on top of a fence and to me, it was such a beautiful scene! Picture a tree coming from each side, the incredibly green grass in the background, and a beautiful bird sitting on the fence! It was picturesque, just perfect! I didn’t have a camera on me at the time, so I held the image in my mind! As soon as I got home I ran to my idea book and quickly sketched out the scene! It was a scene that I just had to paint! I was obviously feeling the love at the time and painted two birds together! The meaning is so much more significant to me now though!
